If you have children under the age of twelve it may be better to look at its other resorts like Vista Grande and La Casa Condos as they are better equipped for handling kids under this age. Harrington House Beachfront Bed and Breakfast are open to accommodate families with kids over 12 years of age. Their booking restrictions are a minimum 2-day visit and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permissible on the deck and alcohol too is allowed. Cancellation is allowed if a two weeks notice is given to the resort. In other cases, they charge 10% of the entire stay room rate as the cancellation fee.
